1. Promotional Sweepstakes Operation

Ding Ding Ding (operated by Living Colors Games Inc., Miami, FL) is a free-to-play social entertainment platform providing casino-style games under United States federal and state trade promotion laws. We are not an online real-money casino or sports book operator.

2. Distinct Virtual Currencies: GC vs. SC

• Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens used exclusively for social and entertainment purposes. Gold Coins carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed for currency or prizes, and cannot be transferred between players.
• Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional entries into sweepstakes contests. Sweeps Coins are never sold. They are granted free of charge via daily sign-ins, mail-in requests, or as a free bonus with voluntary Gold Coin packages. Eligible Sweeps Coins won through gameplay can be redeemed for cash or gift cards once playthrough requirements are satisfied.

Ding Ding Ding is intended for lawful residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (21+ where applicable). Access to Sweeps Coins gameplay and prize redemption is void and strictly prohibited in the following states:

• Nevada (NV)
• Michigan (MI)
• Any United States territory, military base, or jurisdiction where promotional sweepstakes are prohibited by statute.

4. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Guidelines

Participants may obtain free Sweeps Coins without any payment or purchase by following our official Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) procedure. Send a handwritten request on a 4" x 6" card containing your full legal name, registered email address, complete residential address, and unique 12-digit postal request code generated from your account dashboard to:

5. Verification & Tax Obligations

Prize winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or municipal income taxes resulting from the receipt of real cash prizes or merchant gift cards. In compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations, US players receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year may be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC.
