1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and Living Colors Games Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of en-dingdingding.com and all associated software and promotional sweepstakes events.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and participate in Ding Ding Ding gaming activities, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age in jurisdictions where required by law).
• You are a legal resident of the United States physically located in an eligible jurisdiction.
• Excluded Jurisdictions: You do NOT reside in or access our platform from Washington state, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, or any US territory or jurisdiction where promotional sweepstakes are prohibited by state statute.
• You maintain only one (1) unique account on Ding Ding Ding. Creating multiple accounts will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Dual Virtual Currency Ecosystem

Ding Ding Ding operates on a distinct two-tier virtual currency model:

A. Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are strictly social entertainment units. Gold Coins possess no monetary equivalent, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any tangible item. Gold Coins may be obtained free through daily bonuses, streak wheels, mini-games, or purchased voluntarily in optional coin packages.

B. Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins represent promotional contest entries under US sweepstakes law. Sweeps Coins can NEVER be purchased with fiat money. Sweeps Coins are distributed free of charge via promotional Gold Coin bundles, hourly daily sign-ins, social tournaments, and Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) mail-in submissions. Eligible winnings accrued through valid Sweeps Coin gameplay may be redeemed for cash or digital gift cards subject to verification.

4. Prize Redemptions & KYC Verification

Players seeking to redeem eligible Sweeps Coins balances for cash or gift cards must adhere to the following mandatory criteria:

1. Playthrough Requirement: Promotional Sweeps Coins must be played through at least one (1) time on eligible games before becoming redeemable winnings.
2. Minimum Redemption Threshold: Minimum 50 eligible SC for digital gift cards; minimum 100 eligible SC for direct domestic bank transfers (ACH).
3. Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to prize release, players must submit valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address, and ownership validation for destination domestic bank accounts.
4. Redemption Limits: In accordance with Florida and New York promotional sweepstakes caps, maximum redemptions per prize or per day may be capped at $5,000 in accordance with statutory guidelines.

5. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Any eligible player may obtain free Sweeps Coins without purchase by hand-writing a request card containing full name, email, street address, and unique request code on a blank 4" x 6" postcard mailed in a stamped #10 envelope to our corporate sweepstakes address: Living Colors Games Inc., Ding Ding Ding Sweepstakes Department, PO Box 31089, Miami, FL 33131. 6. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Cheating

Users shall not engage in any of the following restricted actions:

• Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or third-party emulator tools to manipulate reel spins or tournament standings.
• Employing VPNs, proxy services, or IP masking technologies to falsify physical location or bypass geographical restrictions.
• Collusion, syndicated play, or shared account control among multiple users.
• Abusing chat features for commercial solicitation, harassment, or defamatory communication.

7. Random Number Generator (RNG) Integrity

All virtual slot outcomes, bonus mini-games, and card draws on Ding Ding Ding are governed by industry-standard Random Number Generators independently tested and certified for mathematical integrity and fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

8. Intellectual Property

All game graphics, animations, source codes, logos, trademarks, and user interfaces on Ding Ding Ding are the exclusive intellectual property of Living Colors Games Inc. and its licensed third-party game providers. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice for breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or failure to pass KYC identity audits. All virtual coins associated with suspended fraudulent accounts are immediately null and void.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Ding Ding Ding is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Living Colors Games Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform access or server interruptions.

11. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Miami, Florida. You agree to waive any right to pursue claims on a class or representative basis.

12. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Ding Ding Ding after modifications signifies full acceptance of revised Terms.
